Somewhere you have gone and spent time together before, that way it will look nice and will bring memories from your past when ever you go to that spot or look at the pictures. So I think you should def do that. Also, Federal Hill in Bmore would be cool because you're wedding is in Bmore, and wedding pics will show the skyline from a different perspective than Federal Hill, so that's kinda neat... Ellicott City has train tracks and lots of greenery, but it also has color doors, shops, and wonderful textures. Annapolis has unique alleyways, colors, textures as well as greenery around the state house... though there's construction going on at the state house right now.
